Family business career day 2013

Cem Peksaglam, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Wacker Neuson SE

"To extend our pioneering role into the future, we are going to continue to need talented engineers with initiative and new ideas." With these words, Cem Peksaglam, CEO of Wacker Neuson SE, opened the 12th Family Business Career Day, which was held at Wacker Neuson SE’s corporate headquarters in Munich.

For the first time a separate area was set aside on the exhibition floor where a total of 30 leading family businesses from all over Germany were able to showcase their activities, primarily for the benefit of engineers amongst the approximately 600 accredited job candidates. In the so-called ‘Engineering Lab' engineers representing some of the exhibiting companies demonstrated how their products are produced. Thus, technology was the bridge to inspire candidates about a given company.
